OSCE

hello! i guess the previous update was like weeks ago? i guess :) right here today just wanna have an short update maybe. well, MPharm Year 1 is ending, and all of us are sitting for stressful exams which kill us, sort of. just had an OSCE (Objective Structural Clinical Examination) today which is about taking the medication, CVS, respiratory and GI history of the patient, responding to their symptoms and also blood pressure taking. HAHA. about the blood pressure taking, LOL! i am gonna laugh at myself out loud!! omg i have never seen someone smart like me. how are you gonna listen to the systolic and diastolic pressure of the patient without turning on the stethoscope. == smart giler. i was too damn nervous, and was like blank. i did quite well in bp taking station during mock OSCE, i guess. but why i screwed it up when it comes to the real exam. that's funny, really funny. other stations i did okay, the time given was like okay lar almost enough for me but not really enough in GI station. and the patient was like, hmmmm too good in acting? i cannot tahan, i wanna laugh. :) overall still okay, but i think i will fail because of the bp station. hmmm why so smart, why so smart. but something really funny is that i managed to get the bp of the patient == since i can't hear anything, or maybe i heard only lil bit noise but i don't know what sound is that, i just stared at the mercury see how it "jumps" and there goes the systolic and diastolic pressure == i bet the examiner heard nothing. == i was totally forgotten to check if i had on the stethoscope or not. == == == i am speechless of myself, SPEECHLESS. well, if i failed, go back for resit on Thursday then. all the best, AGAIN. == next Monday will be another tough exam, oral test or so called viva. that kills, really. good luck lahhh! :)
